Different laboratory applications demand varying levels of chemical resistance, strength, and hygiene. Our range of worksurfaces is tailored to meet the diverse needs of scientific, educational, industrial, and healthcare labs

Epoxy Resin Worksurfaces

At Chameza Enterprises, our Consultation & Designing services are the foundation of building modern, functional, and customized laboratory environments that enhance operational efficiency and meet scientific standards. We focus on understanding the unique requirements of each client and delivering tailor-made solutions. We start by understanding your laboratory needs, conducting detailed consultations to define the vision and scope of your project.
Chemical Resistance:
Highly resistant to acids, bases, solvents, and other harsh chemicals.
Heat Resistance:
Withstands extreme temperatures, making it suitable for applications involving heat exposure.
Non-Porous Surface:
Prevents absorption of spills, ensuring easy cleaning and hygiene
Durability:
Scratch-resistant and capable of enduring heavy usage over time

Phenolic Resin Worksurfaces

Known for its chemical resistance and lightweight properties. It is highly resistant to acids and solvents, making it suitable for environments that require resistance to aggressive chemicals A premium quality material for lab application having good chemical & heat resistance, fire retardant with smooth surface finish and good aesthetic look
Moisture Resistance:
Non-porous and impervious to water, making it suitable for humid environments
Chemical Tolerance:
Can handle mild acids and chemicals, though less resistant than epoxy resin.
Lightweight:
Easier to install and move compared to other heavy materials.
Applications:
Suitable for biological labs, educational institutions, and general-purpose workspaces.

Stainless Steel Worksurfaces

Offers superior resistance to corrosion and is easy to sterilize, making it a preferred choice for food, pharmaceutical, and clinical laboratories. Its non-porous nature ensures that bacteria and other pathogens cannot penetrate the surface, ensuring a hygienic workspace. It has chemical resistance, recommended for moisture and wet areas with high temperature load areas and areas with stress on decontamination. It is however not suitable for mineral acids like hydrochloric, suifuric, nitric, phosphoric, hydrofluoric acids, and not suitable with cadmium & lactic acid.
Hygienic:
Non-porous and easy to sterilize, preventing bacterial or fungal growth.

Corrosion Resistance :
Withstands exposure to water, air, and mild chemicals.
Durability :
Highly durable, capable of withstanding mechanical impact.
Aesthetic Appeal :
Provides a sleek, modern appearance to laboratory setups.

High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) Worksurfaces

The material's surface is impervious to the impacts of numerous HPL laboratory chemicals. Operating rooms, intensive care units, clean pharmaceutical enterprises, medical and preventative institutes, and sanatoriums are among places where it is used Organic chemicals and solvents (acetone, toluene, xylene, etc.) as well as disinfectants and cleaners have strengthened the resistance of HPL tabletop. HPL is a decorative paper-laminated plastic with an aggressive environment-resistant surface. The material can be used in cleanrooms, laboratories, and various medical institutes because of it biocidal qualities
Customizable Designs: :
Available in a variety of colors and patterns to suit different themes.
Moderate Resistance :
Tolerates mild chemicals and physical wear but not suited for heavy-duty chemical use.
Cost-Effective :
Offers a budget-friendly option without compromising on functionality for lighter applications

Granite Worksurfaces

It is Chemical and scratch resistance, having good surface finish and slight variation in thickness with natural marks. Granite Worktops in Laboratories are a popular choice due to their durability, aesthetic appeal, and resistance to a wide range of laboratory conditions. Granite is a natural stone that offers both functionality and an attractive appearance, making it a versatile option for various laboratory environments, particularly in research and educational settings.
Heat Resistance:
Withstands high temperatures, ideal for thermal applications
Scratch Resistance :
Resilient to mechanical wear and tear.
Chemical Resistance: :
Tolerates mild chemicals but may require sealing for harsh substances.

Vitrified Ceramic Worksurfaces

Good resistance to any chemical with any concentration and at any temperature with exception being HF. Due to its limited size availability, it has more joints which results in higher cost and wastage. Extremely durable and resistant to heat and abrasion. Ideal for high-temperature applications and labs that use abrasive materials. Ceramic Worktops in Laboratories are highly valued for their durability, chemical resistance, and ability to withstand extreme temperatures. Ceramic, being a non-metallic, inorganic material, is a great choice for various types of laboratories, particularly those requiring robust surfaces that can endure harsh working conditions
Chemical Resistance: :
Immune to most acids, alkalis, and solvents.
Non-Porous :
Prevents contamination from spills and is easy to clean.
High Durability:
Resists scratches, impacts, and heat.

Glass Worksurfaces

Has elegant look with excellent chemical resistance, lesser joints and weak resistance against thermal shocks. Glass Worktops in Laboratories are known for their sleek, modern appearance and practical benefits. They provide a unique combination of aesthetic appeal and functionality, making them suitable for various types of laboratory environments, especially where hygiene and ease of cleaning are critical. Glass worktops offer transparency, resistance to staining, and can be customized to meet specific lab requirements.
Customizable:
Available in tempered or laminated options for added safety.
Aesthetic Appeal:
Provides a contemporary look with excellent light reflectivity

Polypropylene Worksurfaces

Recommended for wet areas along with moisture, it is chemical resistance with high chemical load areas and is best if working with hydrofluoric acid Polypropylene Worktops in Laboratories are a popular choice for environments that require high chemical resistance and durability, particularly in corrosive and sterile applications. Known for being lightweight yet incredibly tough, polypropylene (PP) worktops are widely used in various types of laboratories, including chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, and industrial labs
